Parent participation is essential to the success of the team.  We let the coach’s coach and the diver’s dive.  Parents do the rest.  By maintaining this high rate of volunteerism, tasks are shared, no one is overburdened and everyone feels part of the team.   There is no better way to learn about diving and support your child than getting involved.
