Monday, June 3rd, 2013 is our first day of practice beginning at 5:00pm. Please do not try to enter the pool area through the front desk at the pool, we meet at the closest picnic table to the left of the pool, in the park.
We will also be accepting registrations at that time.
There will be a mandatory parent meeting at 5:00pm with important information parents must know about the team and our season. Please plan to stay for this meeting when you bring your children to the picnic table - it won't take but a few minutes of your time and you'll be glad that you did! Thank you.

The Celebration of Life for John will be held on June 1 at 4pm in the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick sanctuary to be followed by a reception in the atrium. We are deeply saddened to share the news of the loss of John Smith, the founder of Frederick Area Divers. John passed this morning, May 22, 2013 after fighting cancer for 2 ½ years. Area Divers FAD for short, is a one-meter; springboard diving program for boys and girls ages 6 through 18 in Frederick, Maryland.
For eight weeks every summer, we provide a low-key, fun yet instructional environment designed to teach the techniques of this exciting sport. We also offer new and returning divers the experience of competing against teams in the Central Maryland Dive League.

ensure the safety of your children, parents of children under the
age of 16 must sign their child(ren) in when arriving for practice and
meets. At the end of practice or meets,
parents must sign their child(ren) out when leaving. Safety of your children on and off the board
and in the park is our priority and is of growing concern. Your cooperation and
help is needed to help keep all children safe in the park and it is greatly appreciated.
